UltraRoof380 Tiled Roof
The UltraRoof380 is a light weight, modern alternative to a traditional tiled roof. Its unique design creates a beautiful vaulted plastered ceiling inside and on the outside a smart tiled finish which is available in 3 colours to compliment any home. It's thermal efficient design can be enjoyed year round and create spaces for studying, working, socialising and more. The eaves lighting pelmet, which can come in a variety of sizes, can be fitted with sleek, modern spotlights to bring a warm glow on those dark evenings and glass sections in the roof can still provide a beautiful injection of sunshine during the day.
Livin Roof
The Ultraframe Livin Roof is a solid, composite panel external finish with layers of insulation beneath and an internal plastered finish. They come with a 300mm eaves pelmet round the inside edge of the roof, above the frames, as standard, but the pelmets can come wider and even have spotlights installed within them. The Livin Roof works well to reduce light glare and heat, which is especially helpful in cases where customers want to use the build as an office or main living space such as a kitchen. The Livin Roof can also have glass sections placed in the roof to still draw light into the build and the house behind. This glass would be our Pilkington Activ solar-controlled, self-cleaning glass.

Livin Room / Orangeries
A twist on a classic glass roof! A Livin Room/Orangery style conservatory has a full glass roof but with the eaves lighting pelmet of a Livin Roof/Ultratile roof. Customers can opt for a subtle 300mm pelmet or a showstopping 600mm option. This allows for overhead lighting and gives a more modern feel to a space, whilst still maximising light and minimising cost.
